Zakat Scheme

At Islamic Tarbiyah Academy (ITA), we recognise the importance of Zakat as one of the five pillars of Islam. Unfortunately, many times, Zakat is distributed to institutions like Darul-ulooms rather than reaching those who are truly in need – the poor and underprivileged. Our mission is to ensure that Zakat is given to the rightful recipients, as prescribed by Islamic law, to uplift those who are struggling.

Since 2007, ITA has been running a Zakat collection and distribution scheme aimed at directly assisting those who need it most. We are committed to making sure your Zakat reaches its intended purpose, bringing both financial support and spiritual rewards for you, the giver.

Charity does not decrease wealth. Rather, it increases it and multiplies the rewards.
